Meet the Blogger

Hello and Welcome!

I’m Ashfa, a business graduate currently pursuing my MSc in IT and Strategic Innovation. I’m deeply passionate about digital business and analytics, and I’m fascinated by how data-driven insights and technology can help organizations make smarter decisions, optimize operations, and achieve sustainable growth. My goal is to build a career as a Business Analyst, helping businesses leverage technology and information to solve problems and drive strategic success.

My professional journey began with over three years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager, where I gained hands-on experience analyzing sales data, monitoring operations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. I saw firsthand how using data effectively could improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support business growth. This experience inspired me to pursue further education — first a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, and now a master’s degree that bridges business strategy, IT, and innovation.

Through this blog, Business Means Tech, I share insights, ideas, and real-world examples of how businesses — from startups to large enterprises — can leverage digital tools, analytics, and technology-driven strategies to make better decisions and stay ahead in today’s competitive landscape. Topics include digital transformation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technology trends that impact business performance. My aim is to provide readers with practical knowledge and inspiration that can be applied to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Ultimately, I aspire to become a Business Analyst who translates complex data into actionable insights, helping organizations solve challenges, optimize performance, and innovate for the future. I believe that combining strong business understanding with technology and analytics is key to driving meaningful change in any organization.

Thank you for visiting Business Means Tech — I hope you find valuable insights, practical strategies, and inspiration here. I encourage you to explore the blog, engage with the content, and connect with me to share ideas or discuss analytics and technology in business.
